Founder
Habil brings sharp insight and calm leadership to the farm’s growth. With deep executive experience from the banking sector, he helps shape major decisions with wisdom and foresight. He has a thoughtful way of seeing the bigger picture while keeping the farm focused on long-term success.
Stephanie Olaka
Founder
Stephanie is the creative force behind the farm’s identity and presence. Smart, driven, and naturally gifted at building brands, she leads everything related to branding with vision and flair. She has a special talent for turning ideas into stories people connect with and remember.
Matthew Olaka
Founder
Matthew is our so-called tech guy and part-time founder, though his attendance record keeps that title under review. He mostly hides behind the website and acts like that is enough contribution. Still, when he does appear, he somehow manages to make himself useful.

Backed by multiple certifications and diplomas, he keeps everything running smoothly on the ground and ensures high standards across the farm. Monicah has a naturally nurturing spirit, she leads cluster 2 with patience, care, and quiet strength. As a mother, she brings warmth and attentiveness to the role, making her especially gifted at supporting both the trees and the people responsible for them.

Robert is known for his sharp mind and remarkable attention to detail, he brings precision to every part of his cluster. He notices what others might miss and takes pride in doing things properly. That careful, thoughtful approach is exactly what makes him excel in the role.

Jeremiah was individually selected for his curiosity, initiative, and willingness to keep learning. With certification in beekeeping, he brings added value and a wider understanding of the farm’s ecosystem. His knowledge, practical mindset, and dedication make him a strong and dependable cluster leader for cluster 1.

Nelson was carefully selected because of how organised, reliable, and prepared he is in everything he does. Always on top of his work, he brings structure and consistency to the farm as a grounds man each day. His discipline and strong sense of responsibility make him a natural leader.
